Fluid Fun sells kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), accessories and related equipment.
Products may be available for pickup, personal delivery within our qualifying delivery zones, freight shipment where available, or traditional parcel shipping, depending on the product and destination.
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.

All orders must be paid in full before products are released for pickup, delivery or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Fluid Fun reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
· Pricing or typographical errors.
· Product availability issues.
· Suspected fraudulent activity.
· Incorrect pickup, delivery or shipping information.
· Any other circumstance where fulfilling the order is not practical or appropriate.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued in accordance with our Pickup, Delivery, Shipping & Returns Policy.
Kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding and other paddle sports involve inherent risks that may result in property damage, serious injury or death.
By purchasing or using products supplied by Fluid Fun, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others using the products.
Customers are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with applicable laws, manufacturer recommendations and accepted boating practices, including wearing a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD) whenever appropriate.
Fluid Fun is not responsible for accidents, injuries, losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from us.
Products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Any such warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not Fluid Fun.
Except as required by applicable law, Fluid Fun makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluid Fun’s total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all information on our website, errors relating to pricing, product descriptions, photographs, specifications or availability may occasionally occur.
Fluid Fun reserves the right to correct any such errors and to refuse, cancel or modify any order affected by an error, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been received.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
