- We sell kayaks, canoes, SUP's and related equipment for pickup at our store or delivery within 250 miles.
- Product details, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We do our best to keep things accurate, but mistakes can happen.

- All orders must be paid in full before receipt of goods.
- We accept the payment methods shown on our website.
4. Assumption of Risk
- Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and all water sports involve risks. By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for your safety. Always wear a PFD!
- Fluid Fun is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that result from use of our products.
5. Warranties & Liability
- Except as required by law, all products are provided “as is,” without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
