Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident shopping with Fluid Fun, here’s how things work.
1. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup: Is free at our store in Bristol, Indiana. When you purchase the item/s, you will have the option to select either delivery or schedule a date/time for pickup at the store. On our end, we receive and process the order. When it is ready for pickup, we update the status in the computer system, and you will be notified automatically by email that your item is ready for pickup. If you miss the pickup window we will reach out to you to reschedule but feel free to reach out to us in advance if you know you can't make it. We are flexible and know that things can derail your day, it happens to us too.
- Delivery: Is available up to 250 miles from the store. When you purchase the item, you will have the option to select either delivery or a date/time for pickup. For delivery, a charge will be applied based on distance from the shop. Note the delivery charge is per location, not per item. On our end, we receive and process the order and will schedule a date and approximate time for delivery. When your item/s are enroute the driver will reach out to you and update with an accurate time.
- We recommend you (or a designated person) be there to inspect the item/s prior to receipt but it isn't required.
- Any special instructions relevant to delivery should be included in the comments section when making the purchase. However, feel free to reach out to the shop at 574 848 4279 to let us know anything you forgot to tell us about.
2. Returns
- All boat sales are final; please ensure it is what you want before you make the purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
- Please check your order upon receipt.
- Although we make every effort to inspect for damage and try to avoid damage, in real life things happen, we get that. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect you can refuse delivery, let the driver know immediately and they will return the item/s to the shop.
- Depending on the nature and details of the problem/s we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and/or offer store credit in place of a refund. Having said the scary stuff, if it's our mistake we will make it right by you.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item/s, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
