Fluid Fun may use your phone number to respond to inquiries and communicate with you about your orders or other requests. Customers may choose to receive promotional text messages from Fluid Fun through any of the following methods:
In-store: Customers may verbally agree to receive marketing text messages when asked by a Fluid Fun employee. The employee records the customer's consent in Fluid Fun's customer records. If the customer is not asked or does not agree, no consent is recorded. The default is no consent.
Online checkout: Customers may provide consent by selecting the marketing consent checkbox during checkout. Consent is voluntary and is not required to make a purchase. The customer's consent status is recorded in Fluid Fun's customer records. If the customer does not select the checkbox, no consent is recorded. The default is no consent.
Website marketing opt-in form: Customers may submit the website's marketing opt-in form and affirmatively agree to receive text messages. Submission generates an email notification to Fluid Fun, and staff record the customer's consent in Fluid Fun's customer records. If the customer does not affirmatively agree to SMS marketing, no consent is recorded. The default is no consent.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Customers may withdraw their consent at any time by replying STOP to a Fluid Fun marketing text or by contacting Fluid Fun directly.
Message and data rates may apply. Fluid Fun does not charge you to receive SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard charges may apply.
Reply STOP to a Fluid Fun marketing text to opt out of promotional messages. You will receive a confirmation, and no further promotional texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also contact Fluid Fun to request that we stop sending texts. An opt-out from marketing texts does not affect your ability to purchase from Fluid Fun or contact us by phone, email or in person.
