Gram 9000D Split carbon paddle – Hard shoulders
Unlike other carbon paddles, this one doesn’t get slippery when wet due to its special surface. The surface is not rough, so no blisters, it just has high friction, like a wooden paddle.
Handle oval 31×36 mm
The joint is designed as a hexagonal tube that locks with a simple snap lock.
Separated, the longest part is equal to half the paddle length plus 7 cm.
Model 9000 has marked/hard shoulders, where model 9100 has soft shoulders

Peter's Comments:
Paddling with a Greenland style paddle is quite different than the Euro style paddle (a typical kayak paddle) and it will take a bit of practice and training to get used to it for most people but it is worth it.
It's much lighter than the Euro style and since the blade area is spread out more along the shaft it is much easier on the joints and muscles, meaning it is a lot less fatiguing.
You do get a lot wetter so be prepared for that!
We match the right boat to the right person, every time.
